And the winner is.......?????

Ok Folks, so close to Master's week and no predictions in the Master's forum yet?

Perhaps Tiger is already crowned?

Who will be second? :)

I'll be out of the country until Master's weekend, thought I would get a Master's 'fix' on ye 'ol forum, but I guess I'll just get the ball rolling!

I'd love to see Calc do well, perhaps a rookie like Watney or Romero.

Will Poulter or Garcia finally pull it together?

I would like to see the following players in contention on Sunday and then let the best man win:

Angel Cabrera
Fred Couples
Andres Romero
Padraig Harrington
Tiger Woods
Retief Goosen
Ernie Els
Phil Mickelson
(In no particular order)

I fear however that the tournement will turn into a victory procession for Tiger

Cabrera has traditionally done well at The Masters, but that was when it was a bombers course ;)

Watch out for the short and medium length players who are alien good with the wedges ala Johnson. Poulter, Rose, Stricker, and Mickelson come to mind as contenders even though Phil is a "bomber" he has a great short game.

Woods has the best short game of them all. If he putts it good he wins. He can play any type of game...small ball or long ball.

And the winner is...

...and still Undefeated World Champion, The Augusta National Golf Club!

Hopefully Adam Scott continues his form from today...

Fred Couples

I am just picking one. Its time for Freddie to do a 1986 Jack is Back Championship. All my money is on Freddie. As long as his back holds up.

Fred Couples:golf:

Well, Freddie missed the cut, so

not going to be him, but Immleman looks as if he has enough of a cushion on the back nine. Tiger is just not making any shots. Can he ever make a charge from several back?

low point

Good thing he knew where Low Point was on the last iron shot.

Yeah, it was hard to believe that someone would leave a divot like that! He absolutely showed the proper method to hit down on the ball--and loved that exploding divot he dug out.

YodasLuke 04-14-2008 02:44 PM

that's not a divot...this is a divot

I had the same situation last year, twice in tournaments. It wasn't a problem for me. But, I felt sorry for the next guy. I left a hole big enough to hide an E-Z-GO.
