In a right arm swing, does the top of the shaft rotate underneith?
Do you load toward the right knuckle in the downswing from
behind the shaft? Does Rotating lag pressure apply to right
arm swingers?

Hey, old Yankee friend- I AM NOT attacking TT. His Swing Stroke pattern in the last chapter is very nice. I had questions and it seems they must stay under the rug.

I don't know another AI or TGM legend that hasn't been asked questions about what they teach. Our Friend Ben Doyle had been under the microscope for years and we all gained more insight to TGM from asking questions.

Since DG can't be approached, I'll put TT and his clips on the bottom of my list for the time being.

With the swinging components...standard wrist action and a pitch basic stroke, the right arm is not in a pushing condition/attitude. See 10-3-D. If you don't have a copy of the book, I highly recommend you get one, you're at a disadvantage if you don't have a copy.

I would like to say this is a very weak comment. Probably everybody on this site is a better golfer than Homer every was. Doesn't mean his contributions to the golf swing weren't amzing and worth learning. Also tommy was an old man and im sure he didnt play much big deal he hit a fat shot. Although i have never seen Mac hit one.

It will be a great day for TGM when we can get past the them versus us mentality....TGM should be one big happy family of golfers searching for the golf swing and or combination of golf strokes that enable them to play at their personal best. Leave the competition for the golf course...

Searching is what many of us are doing. Maybe not for a swing stroke but for answers to TGM ideas. It is your "my way or the highway" answers that are unfortunate. The competition is in your eyes and your eyes alone.

No CR is total nonsense.......
 

The 12-2-0 swinging stroke that Tomasello taught had CF.....in fact, let's re-visit the 1991 GI interview and read what Tomasello had to say about CF.

GI: Are you saying the golfer has to do less with his body? Aren't there any physical requirments?

Tomasello: The only agility needed by the player is to be able to turn the hips--to pivot around a fixed point--and to lever and unlever the right forearm. The faster you can make these two movements, the greater the "CENTRIFUGAL FORCE" you'll build up and the farther you'll hit the ball.

Please Explain Active Wrist and release, ... whats your view on it.

It seems that any CF from a right arm swing comes not from the Flail but in the flattening of the right wrist bend from an active thrusting of the right arm toward the ball.


Someone posted that TT combines 12-1-0 and 12-2-0. What was used from 12-2-0?
