I simply cannot understand 'Vinegar Style Pork'. What does that taste like?

I'm from a faraway place. My people use Vinegar to clean Windows and Floors. :laughing9 We cook outdoors when people gather for social events we call 'Picnics'. We cook our food over a fire like our ancestors who hunted for their food once did.

I think a BBQ cookout is a great idea for the last day. :)
