John's Grip

Is John using a 10-2-B or a 10-2-D grip? The image of the "cupped" LW at the top of his swing during the "irons" segment sort of had me go :confused1 . To me if looks like his LW is rolled considerably on top of the grip at address.
I understand 10-2-B to be a more "neutral" grip compared to John's and one in which the LW would appear to be visually "flat" at top (which is what I try to do). Am I wrong?

Thank you for your comments on the John Riegger Day at the Office video. Despite its 'homespun' nature, the video offers tremendous value to viewers on several concepts important to TGMers. The video is, yes, about 'how-to'. But, just as important, it is also about 'how-not-to'. One 'blind alley' avoided can save years of frustration -- trust me, I know -- and your question demonstrates this value.

Suffice it to say that John's Top and Finish Left Wrist alignments are perfect for his Grip Type, Head Postion, Ball Location, and Clubface-to-Target Line and Grip-to-Clubface alignments. Any further discussion would have limited value except to those with access to the video, and since this is Premium Content, that audience is limited.

Bottom line, I am prepared to answer 'video-specific' questions, but only in a Restricted Access thread. I'll get with Bagger and Bambam and see if this is feasible (on this and other Premium Content videos).

Meanwhile, I'm dropping you a PM.

BTW - for those who haven't dropped what is essentially the price of a few sleeves of Pro-V1's and snagged one or both of these premium videos, you're missing out on some really good stuff. Home-spun for sure, but nothing like getting into a Tour players head while watching how he applies the concepts that get discussed so much on this forum to "his game". And it's a game any of us would give our "flying right wedge" for!
