I hope its ok to post questions in this thread, if not I can move it.

1. Is there any difference in the knee action/hip action shown in drills 5 and 6 if one is using a swinging pattern versus a hitting pattern?

2. I have identified a bit of a faulty knee action in my right knee in the downswing, basically at the top of the swing I have lost most of the right knee bend and I never regain any more bend on the downswing, it kinda just "leans" to the left and then bends slightly at impact. Its nothing like exercise #6 which certainly shows the right knee bending and moving perpendicular to the plane line. I never get my hips open much or shoulders, could this faulty action be a contributing factor?

Sadly the book is out of print, i hope that copyright not infringed...but thanks to Mr MacDonald for great book.... he had a great swing.

interesting that the forearm is aligned punch here in #11..
