The Elbow Plane approaches a truly Horizontal plane, so more merry go round than ferris wheel. Even Angled Hinging on this plane angle will approach Horizontal Hinging's identity. Absolutely nothing inferior about it mechanically but harder to ingrain, perfect according to Homer due to the plane shifts and assuming Pivot controlled Hands, direction of thrust control difficulty.
