Hand action lagging pivot

This thought along with making sure my hand action lags my Pivot is proving to be a much more reliable way of preventing throw away.

I found that when I was over doing float loading there was too much going on in my swing to be reliable when I have a card and pencil in my pocket.

However I think it is an excellent drill on the practise tee and I do use still use it for trouble shots when I have a restriced backswing
