The hands and the club have the same RPM. There is no alternative as long as you hold your grip throughout. But the arms have lower RPM than the club.
I am not confusing RPM with MPH. I've even explained in an earlier post why the MPH diffence between hands speed and clubhead speed can't be explained without a significant RPM difference being present.
