this is the circle

But you cant overlay a perfect circle on to his Hand Path if he's shifting planes.

Plot the Hands Path here in this video through 3D space and you'll see what Henry Cotton referred to as "My Picasso". Beautiful curves but not suitable for covering or as a guide line when you can merely use the ever constant Straight Line , Plane Line.

See also DELIVERY PATHS 10-23-B ANGLED LINE.

"This pattern is used with the Plane Angle Variations that include a shift to (or back to) the Elbow Plane during the Downstroke.

From the Top-of -the-Straight-Line hand position the Hands take a nearly vertical path to the Plane of the Elbow Angle before they start their drive directly at and through the Aiming Point (2-J-3)"
