Then you have this TW swing from 2006 - it is terrific.
Nice. Fluid. If you have ever watched Tiger warm up prior to a round he really plays around with his Lag Pressure. Going from super light shots to heavy all with the same club and interestingly , the same distance, same target. He also varies the trajectory, shot shapes too. I must admit to liking his more moderate levels of Lag Pressure, especially with the driver. He looks like he could swing his way into his sixties winning all the while. Like a Snead with Hogan's precision. He is so much better with the wand than those fellas too.
Knudson, who was an early proponent of the weight room said something in his book about muscular effort. Im paraphrasing but something like "in the end, I learned that all of the benefits of the muscular effort could be had by merely relaxing"......got to find my Knudson book to get this right. I do realize that golf today is played at 120 mph but........the center of the fairway is always nice too.
