are you sure you are not right arm swinging? There is potential there for elbow pain w/ rt arm swinging

Truth be told I really don't know.

All I know is I get a lot of right elbow pain after a range session if I'm "trying" to hit.

I have an anchored left side. Virtually no hip movement and all the trademark hitting techniques.

That said, I don't feel huge pressure on #1. Its there, but it doesn't seem like the power comes from there if you feel me.
