As Accumulator #4 it is Pivot (Body) Power supplying the initial acceleration of the Downstroke to throw the Lever Assemblies toward Impact by the Thrust of the Shoulder Turn. See 7-13. Another major contribution to Impact Power is geometric – it is the first link in the Swing Radius power train between the Club and the Feet.

Help me out here. Is the "on plane move of the right shoulder in startdown" considered #4? Is this when the right shoulder is considered part of the power package or part of the pivot? Or both? I dunno. Maybe its either part of the pivot (no axis tilt) or part of the pivot and power package. I really dunno.
The release of #4 is defined as the moment the left arm begins to overtake the shoulders, and the release of #1 is defined as the moment the right elbow begins to straighten, which indicates the third side of the triangle is lengthening.
Trick questions -
Why does #4 release precede #1 release instead of both occuring simultaneously?
Under what circumstances would #1 release after #4 instead of simultaneously?
