I have been struggling all year with the "square look" at address, grip, hinge action and pulls and hooks!
I've concluded that as a swinger with a slightly strong grip, I need to do two things: 1) make sure the face is slighly open at address, especially with the short and mid irons, and 2) employ a "no roll feel" through the strike.
I think most if not all swingers with strong grips must do so, if not, ........its going left!
Certainly a valid analysis . . . ALSO . .. may want to be sure that you are not coming too much from the inside . . . it is the path's relation to the face that makes the ball curve. The face is huge . . . the path's relation to it is big too.
