Hi Jerry, TGM defines three possible wrist states: uncocked, level and cocked. The right wrist should ideally remain level - this can be defined as a straight line from the second knuckle on your thumb (counting from thumb tip) to the wrist bone and feels slightly uncocked as compared to how most hands naturally sit. (As an aside, I actually prefer the alternative definition which I think I saw Mike O offer somewhere for a level (right) wrist - which is where the #3 pressure point is in line with the middle of the forearm). Anyway, if your wrist is cocked it can uncock to level and then further uncock to uncocked. If it is level, it could still theoretically uncock to uncocked, even if the semantics sound kind of funny. But forget that, because you don't actually want to uncock your level right wrist, you just could if you wanted to!!!!!!
