Que Sera, Sera Andy...
Well.... I just bought a house about 220 yards right of the 16th fairway of the local course here in Black Mountain, NC, and there's a thick row of hemlocks guarding the road on the course side. I should be okay... I hope!

I am lucky enough to have a vacation home that is 200 yards left of the 12th tee box. I get a broken window about every other year. Regardless no way I am moving.

Depends who you are- If you are Bucket- then you just yell some obscenity- and after the hole is over - he'll yell something like "eight", maybe "nine or ten" depending on how his putting stroke is working.
