Ben Doyles Lesson video Student 3. Towel Squeeze?

Student 1, lesson one the title should read

In the chip procedure he describes the pivot through as trying to squeeze a towel with your butt cheeks for want of a better phrase.

Is this in a slightly more scientific way, contracting the glutes as the hips turn through?

I practice basic motion yesterday, then a chip shot with pivot into a tyre with a crate, without a crate and with a ball and the ball went a long wall with a 9 iron for such a small swing

Is this glutes feeling a good one to have (all jokes aside)
