Lynn works so hard he is an inspiration. My time there featured lots of stretching, naps, and hot showers. It was way cool watching Lynn with so many talented folks!

Yes, amazing. 3 hours with me 9 -12 and then a new student 12 - 4 without any breaks and I wouldn't be surprised if he kept it going after that as well.

Air, when you post, can you indicate if you have tried or are using a technique? I would find that very interesting to hear your processing or learning the techniques and how you react to their expression. is the information clear to you? Why or why not?

I not sure it will be of much interest to you or anybody else, but what Yoda is trying to teach me is a freewheeling armswing to get me from stop using my right shoulder in a roundhousing OTT fashion. An over 20 years old habit is hard to get rid of. Allthough I have made a lot of progress and am normally hitting the ball much better than before I arrived the first time, I seem unable to absorb and apply the things he's doing to stop this main issue I have. And I can't explain this with all the TGM stuff that is involved. But there some Hula- hula, sequencing, plane, wrist action and finish swivel problems in all of this ( and stuff I already have forgotten or not understood properly), so there you have it for all it's worth...
There's nothing wrong with the information I get. My understanding is not so much the problem either - but just stop doing what I'm doing!!
Very interesting (said like Colonel Klink in the old Hogan's Heros)

So he wants you to let the Golfer's Flail do it's job and stop fighting the path the club head wants to take while Swinging! By using the Hula you are letting your bio-mechanical machine drag the club to the top and then get it's back hip out of the way so the Flail can stay on Plane as it goes "DOWN, out, and forward!"
Seems very logical to me! Ask Lynn questions. He has mad skills!

That's right. I tried his wooden flail. It worked out ok, but put a golfclub in my hand....
I guess this also is related to wanting to achieve a CF throwout and avoid the dreaded throwaway?

Air, the grip is crucial make sure you understand the short thumb slightly strongish grip. With it, the irons bite and the the woods compress! Without it there are bad alignments all over the place!
Remember, your body is a well-engineered golfing machine. Your body is logical and fluid and golf clubs are based on that fluidity.
Are minds are sometimes different.

All in all the shots on Yoda's driving range (the bay) have gone fairly well. But today it was taken to the course and contrary to two days ago, I had a bad start (hole 10). Barely made it over the water but in the thick stuff. And it continued poorly for a couple of holes. All my bad habits reappeared and there were OTT, throwaways, pivot controlled hand and jerky, mighty heaves at the ball. How did I feel? Guess. But eventually it got somewhat better and more enjoyable, but you better have a good start at the first hole - or else..!
One note though. I had 3 attempts on the 10th tee. On the second, the ball rolled off the peg as I was making my downswing and I somehow managed to hit the ball off the deck and got the ball over the water in the thick stuff where the first ball landed. That shot could have saved the day! (But didn't).
