A lurker no more...
Hi gang. I've been lurking on this site for 3 months. Finally picked up the phone, called YodasLuke, and went for a lesson. Wow, thanks, Ted! Bump the hip, retard the spinout, "number 7" with the right shoulder and WHAM! Ted is truly a great instructor, and a wonderful person. I even got to meet Yoda; all in all a valuable experience. But I have work to do. (now where did I put that book...)

Worknplay9- welcome to the forum/TGM. Good to hear you're on track.
...
Sbark...I'll give it a shot.
Bump the hips- Slide Hips forward in Down Stroke.....which adds spine tilt (Axis Tilt)....because your tailbone moves closer to the ball and your head stays in the same spot- so spine tilt is increased. This puts you in a spot where you can hit the inside of the ball instead of the outside.
...
Retard the spinout- I assume that means don't fire (Turn) your hips so early......it goes- 1. Slide 2. Turn (essentially you blend it into one move when you get good at it)....just like throwing a haymaker.
...
#7- this is one of Ted's creations I think.....Trace a "7" on the wall in front of you with your right shoulder during the stroke.

I think Yodasluke stated in a prior post for tracing a "7" that
"The wall would be to the right for a right hander or opposite the target."
This is a great swing key...I have used with good success especially with my driver.
