Is it a good thing to try to make the vertical motion/uncocking of the left wrist be more active and distinct as a downward motion thru impact (together with the roll of the left forearm/wrist)? Does this make sense - in order to get more crisp and powerful 3-D hits? But to hit downward in vertical motion on plane the left wrist must have turned quite a lot, I quess, to get the correct angle down on the ball and into the turf to the low point. Just to hammer vertical right down to the ball and ground isn't what happens in reality - it must come more like a sideways hammering motion, or..? (And that's the job of the feet and hips / pivot and tracing right forearm?) __________________ Air Last edited by airair : 05-24-2011 at 05:25 PM. airair View Public Profile Send a private message to airair Find all posts by airair
