My take; When at Top you must have a firm set of intentions in mind and be fully prepared (Geometrically and Physically) to execute them ........ during Startdown, Downstroke , Release , Impact, Follow Through. This is the cure for "Downstroke Blackout".

You must be Aligned properly to carry out these intentions, in other words. If you want to Drag Load with the Right Shoulder , I like a TSP Angle. If you want to Throw the #2 angle out , on plane you'd better have #2 Loaded. If you want to Roll the #3 Angle , down the Line, Sequentially better not Trigger a Full Sweep Release by rolling your Right Palm off the underside of the Plane early in Startdown.....which is a common Steering thing. Etc etc.

How 'bout a grip type appropriate to your intended Lag Loading procedure. You pressure points loaded in accordance to your desired set of Accumulators and their firing order.

If all Alignments relate to your desired Impact Alignments best to have them all sorted out at Top.

You kind of prepare - in your mind - what you are about to do, and then do it in the startdown? :golf:

Air, you just went by Mike O's total post count. Keep going while I have him in isolation. Get as far away from him as you can.

Yup. Although Homer would be more resolute no doubt.

Or how about: At Top you MUST be fully Prepared (mentally, physically and geometrically) to "UN COCK and ROLL Down the Delivery Line. Be it a Sequenced or Non Sequenced Release. And then you do it, repeat the Mechanic which is monitored via Feel. A Feel which you have learned through training and reviewed during your Address Routine , Startdown Waggle. You review the feel and then let er go trying to repeat it. Learn by Mechanics Play By Feel.

Uncocking and Rolling on LIne being opposite to Steering.
